Robert Richman

Robert Richman is currently the Culture Strategist at Culture Blueprint. Prior to his current position he was a product manager of Zappos Insights, which is dedicated to helping businesses with improve their culture. Zappos Insights is about showing businesses how to create a workplace that helps people grow, inspire amazing service, and ultimately drive revenue. Robert also co-founded the Affinity Lab, a collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs and has created strategies for brands including Tony Robbins, Sony and Billboard.




Steven J. Bandrowczak

Steven Bandrowczak is currently the CIO of HP. Prior to this position he was the Vice President and General Manager of Avaya Data Solutions.  This global position oversees the foundation for the data networking business with a focus on growing into a world class innovative market leader.  Leveraging previous experiences, Steve’s transformational approach to the business has set new benchmarks for revenue growth, market share, and a true accountability within the business.

Prior to this appointment, Steve served as the vice president of marketing and sales for the Avaya data business during a key transitional phase of the business.  Preceding Avaya, Steve was the president of Americas Enterprise Sales for Nortel. The Americas Sales region encompassed the United States, Canada and Caribbean and Latin America. As president of the Americas Enterprise Sales team, Steve’s focus was on transforming the Enterprise Solutions business into a true solutions selling capability, using his expertise as a former CIO to successfully instill confidence into Nortel’s customer base ultimately carry the team to a position among the top tier in sales productivity in the industry.

As a leading and innovative CIO within the high tech industry, Steve has shared his expertise with corporate officers around the world, often as a keynote conference speaker. He has also shared case studies on how Nortel has used its own solutions to transform the business and evolve product and service quality.

In 2004, Steve was named one of the Top 100 CIOs by Computerworld. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Long Island University, New York.  He is based at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, U.S.A. and currently lives in New York with his wife and daughter.

Spencer Kelly

Spencer founded Regatta Capital Group after managing an Edward Jones office in Westchester, CA from 2003 – 2008.  He joined the Leadership Team within two years and was consistently recognized in the top 5% of the firm for his superior customer satisfaction. Spencer was featured in the January 2011 edition of Los Angeles Magazine as a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager in Los Angeles which is an elite group, representing less than 2% of wealth managers in the Los Angeles area. Spencer grew up in the Adirondacks in upstate New York and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College. His love for problem solving and his passion for helping people reach their goals has lead him into his career as a financial advisor. Outside of the office, he contributes to his community as a Westchester YMCA board member and Manhattan Beach Coordinating Council supporter. Spencer lives in Santa Monica and spends his free time traveling, playing soccer, paddle tennis, skiing, running and hiking.

Dave Logan

Dave Logan (video)is co-founder and senior partner of CultureSync, a management consulting firm specializing in cultural change, strategy, and negotiation. CultureSync’s clients include Intel, Colliers International, American Express, Prudential, and Health Net.

Dave is also a professor at the Marshall School of Business at USC. From 2001-2004, he served as Associate Dean of Executive Education. During that time, he launched the largest training program in commercial real estate (with CB Richard Ellis), and new programs with dozens of organizations, from Northrop Grumman to numerous small cap financial institutions.

Currently, he teaches leadership and negotiation in the USC Executive MBA (ranked fifth in the world), and is on faculty at the Center for Medical Excellence in Portland and the International Center for Leadership In Finance (ICLIF) in Kuala Lumpur, endowed by the former prime minister of Malaysia.

He has written two books in addition to Tribal Leadership and is currently at work on a 2009 release recently selected for the “Warren Bennis” line of books at Wiley. His work has also been published in numerous academic and professional journals, including a 2006 “agenda” in MIT-Sloan Management Review.

Dave has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the Annenberg School at USC.


Warren Jolly

Warren Jolly has been a successful Entrepreneur since his High School years.  Founding his first business (Nebulant Corp) at the age of 17, Warren quickly established himself as a well-recognized expert in the field of affiliate marketing. His latest venture, Affiliate Media, was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the 129th fastest-growing privately-held company in the United States in 2009 and the 11th fastest-growing company in Orange County, CA by OC Business Journal.

Jamie Lepke

Jamie Lepke joined Cisco in October 2009 from Sun Microsystems where she implemented programs to improve communication and effectiveness of distributed work groups and completed a strategic analysis of the workforce in sub-Saharan Africa.  Jamie is a great example of utilizing stretch assignments to make career moves.  Throughout her seven years in event marketing for Lexus and Shaquille O’Neal’s children’s charity, she welcomed opportunities to create and facilitate employee trainings and to be involved in leading change management initiatives.  Her passion for maximizing employee potential led Jamie to pursue an MBA and to make the official career move into professional effectiveness full-time.  Jamie has her MBA with an emphasis in Management and Organizations from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and  BAs in Biology and Psychology from the University of Montana.

Kali Priyo Chaudhuri

Kali Priyo Chaudhuri is serving as Vice President of Finance for The KPC Group. Along with being the overall head finance and accounting of the KPC Group’s various entities, he also engages in direct management and advisory positions within several of the KPC Group’s key companies. As such, he is also the CEO of Swiftlythere LLC (an online travel company –, CFO of Hemet Healthcare Surgery Center Inc. (an outpatient surgery facility), CFO of KPC Property Management LLC (a management company for commercial and residential property), CIO of Physicians for Healthy Patients Inc. (a healthcare accountable care organization), a Board Member of Physicians For Healthy Hospitals Inc. (a 350+ bed hospital system), an advisory board member of KPC Medical College and Hospital (a 1,000+ bed hospital and 150 seat medical college in Kolkata, India) and a Board Member of KPC Summit Association (the association of a 300,000 square foot class-A commercial building project.) Along with these responsibilities, Mr. Chaudhuri also heads the financial diligence and analysis team behind all of the KPC Group’s M&A and strategic business development.
